There are a number of screws in the back of the phone but you do not need to remove these in order to change the touch screen and LCD screen so ignore them for now.

Open the slide and you'll see two circular stickers, circled below, which cover two screws. Lift the stickers off with your screwdriver or something sharp nokia n97 mini disassembly then remove the screws. Now carefully lift the front cover away from the phone. Note that it is still attached by a ribbon so be careful not to damage this.
